We’re delaying replacement of Online Services

This article is for providers who use Online Services, including Direct Data Entry (professional claim submission) users

We will delay the implementation of ConnectCenterTM, the online self-service tool that will replace Online Services. When we have a new launch date in early 2022, we’ll notify you and provide you with multiple training opportunities.

What’s ConnectCenter?

As we announced in a September 1, 2021 News Alert, we’re replacing Online Services with a new tool that we’ll offer through Provider Central. To read this News Alert, log in and go to News. Scroll to the September 1, 2021 News Alert, "Online Services to be replaced with new tool."

With its new look and user-friendly features, you’ll be able to use ConnectCenter to conduct these transactions for your Blue Cross Blue Shield patients:

  • Check member eligibility and benefits
  • Verify claim status
  • Enter referrals
  • Submit professional 1500 claims.
