Join us for a genetic testing prior authorization program webinar

This article is for genetic counselors, providers who order genetic tests, and laboratories that perform genetic tests.

Please register to attend a webinar about the genetic testing prior authorization program we’re implementing on January 1, 2019. The prior authorization program will be administered by our vendor, AIM Specialty Health®′.

During the webinar, you’ll learn:

  • Components of the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts program, including which members and tests will require prior authorization
  • How to request prior authorization
  • How to use the AIM ProviderPortalSM (demo of the tool)
  • Why it’s important for genetic counselors to register in OptiNet®′

We’ll also provide you with additional resource materials and leave time for questions.
