We no longer provide claim status to non-participating providers

This article is for all providers caring for our members

Starting March 14, 2022, non-participating (non-contracted) providers will no longer be able to obtain claim status by calling Provider Service. Claim status includes:

  • Claim number
  • How a claim processed
  • Its payment or denial information
  • Check information
  • Whether or not we have received a claim

Please use technologies, such as Payspan® or InfoDial® (1-800-443-6657), for the information you need. You may call Provider Service to hear an automated message stating the above information.
