You can use Online Services for out-of-state (BlueCard) Blue Cross Blue Shield members. For eligibility inquiries, you will need this member information:
Results are returned from the Blue plan that the member is contracted with, and the level of detail in benefits information varies. You can also inquire on the status of any claim sent to us for processing. |
Both Online Services and Authorization Manager offer referral and authorization functionality. The tool you choose will depend on your workflows and preferences. For help using Online Services, refer to our Quick Start Guide.
