Our vision at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is to make quality health care affordable. We are dedicated to developing and executing quality initiatives in partnership with our providers. Through member engagement tools and programs, we focus on providing the highest quality service possible for the members we serve. Our quality program consists of innovative initiatives, performance programs, reports and data, and product design focused on transparency.

Each year, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts sets a quality improvement agenda, monitors its progress and evaluates its effectiveness.
