Reminder: Nov 1 CDT lookup tool requirement

This article is for all dentists and oral surgeons caring for our members

We previously notified you via News Alert that starting November 1, 2025, we will no longer provide CDT code information over the phone. Instead, you’ll need to refer to our easy-to-use CDT lookup tool that we launched in 2023 for all CDT code inquiries. After selecting the member’s plan, you can quickly obtain CDT procedure guidelines, frequencies, submission requirements, and more!

If you call, please ask us for the member’s plan name which you’ll enter into the CDT lookup tool to receive accurate information. We will still be able to assist with benefit, eligibility, and claims information over the phone.
