Submit replacements for all claims starting June 1

Please share this communication with your billing department or billing agency.

Currently, we require you to submit replacement claims for fully and partially denied claims that need adjustment. This is a reminder that effective June 1, 2019, you will be required to submit full void requests and replacement claims for fully paid claims as well, instead of calling or writing. A fully paid claim means no lines on the claim have denied.

  • Use this process to submit claims that need corrected information or to submit full void requests.
  • We’ll accept claims for all products.
  • You should send your claims electronically or use paper.
    • Electronic is preferred.
    • If submitting paper, replacement claims must be sent to the appropriate claims mailing address listed below.
