Updated payment policies now available

The following payment policies, updated in Q3 2021, are now available on Provider Central:

  • COVID-19 Public Health Emergency
  • Non-Reimbursable Services
  • Vision Services

Effective September 2021, the Telehealth (Telemedicine)-Behavioral Health and Telehealth (Telemedicine)-Medical Services Payment Policies were replaced with the COVID-19 Temporary Payment Policy.

To download our payment policies, log in and click Find a Payment Policy on the right side of your home page. Or, go to Office Resources>Policies & Guidelines>Payment Policies.
