policy 715: Endobronchial Ultrasound for Diagnosis and Staging of Lung Cancer, we list coverage criteria for our commercial and Medicare Advantage members. On November 1, 2024, we’re updating our systems to process claims in accordance with this medical policy. This will help us process your claims upfront, reducing the number of claims that need post-payment review.
