New Mass Collab ABA services authorization form now available

This article is for providers who perform ABA services
The Mass Collaborative’s Standard Form for Applied Behavior Analysis Services Prior Authorization Requests is now available on Provider Central in our Forms Library. At this time, you may choose to use either the Blue Cross Applied Behavior Analysis Service Request Form or the new Mass Collaborative form to request ABA services.
Starting July 16, 2024, the Blue Cross Applied Behavior Analysis Service Request Form will no longer be available on Provider Central.
There are no other changes to our current process of requesting authorization for ABA services. As always, please continue to submit requests via Authorization Manager.
