We invite you to register for one of our fall seminars we offer to help you understand and improve the way you do business with us. This year, in addition to our seminars for dental office staff, we will hold separate seminars exclusively for oral and maxillofacial surgeon office staff. If your practice employs an oral surgeon or performs oral surgery services in your office, we recommend that you attend one of our seminars with specific content for oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Attendees at these sessions will learn how to:

- Provide additional covered services to members with stroke and Sjogren’s syndrome through our Enhanced Dental Benefits program
- Serve members in our National GRID Plus Network
- Ensure that your claims, including those involving coordination of benefits, process quickly
- Use our Provider Central website to answer questions about fees and time limitations
- Keep your office information up-to-date in our member directory.
