Because corrections to claims are made using a replacement claim, as of January 18, 2020, we’ll no longer accept claim adjustments when you request them using the Adjustment Request link in Online Services (see image below).
Requests submitted using the Adjustment Request link will not be processed. We will remove this link from Online Services at a future date.
