We’re adding a new IP address. What you may need to do.
June 7, 2024

This article is for all Provider Central users

We are adding an additional IP address: 168.245.43.239 for our emails. To continue to receive all the communications we send, please work with your IT or Security team to whitelist this additional IP address, 168.245.43.239.

This update affects email only and will not affect your Provider Central access. Other IP addresses we currently use are: 96.47.26.122, 96.47.27.122.

What do I need to do?

Check your spam folder because some email service providers could now incorrectly identify our emails as spam, or block them entirely. This is rare, but if it happens, it just means that you will need to:

  • Move the email to your email inbox and mark as a safe sender or not spam
  • Or
  • Forward this information to your IT or Security team and ask them to add 168.245.43.239 to your organization's whitelist.

Please know that we’re doing all we can to minimize any disruption to you.

What is a whitelist?

It's a security feature that includes the IP addresses you want to receive emails from. Emails on the whitelist will not be marked as spam.
