We’ve made a couple of changes to Provider Central that you may notice when navigating on the site.

In a new Sites of Care section in Patient Resources, you’ll find:

• Telehealth information
• After Hours Support 
• Lower-cost Service Options

We also re-designed our Home Infusion Therapy page. There, you’ll find information about the services our in-network home infusion therapy providers offer to members who are clinically appropriate to receive their infusions in the home setting. For physicians and clinicians talking to their patients about home infusion therapy, there’s a patient handout. This can help you explain the process to the member, so they know what to expect.
