This article is for dental providers caring for our Dental Blue 65 members
Dental Blue 65 members have unique cleaning benefits that reset on a rolling basis, not on a calendar year basis. Dental Blue 65 members are eligible for three cleanings in a rolling 12-month basis.
This means that in the 12 months after their first dental cleaning, they can have two additional cleanings. The schedule then resets.
For example, if the member has their first routine cleaning on February 1, they are eligible for two additional routine cleanings before February 1 of the following calendar year, as shown below:

In addition, Dental Blue 65 members enrolled in our Enhanced Dental Benefits program are eligible for four routine cleanings in a rolling 12-month period. You can learn more about our Enhanced Dental Benefits program here.
