New England Sinai Hospital, located in Stoughton, Massachusetts, will close on April 2,
2024. The hospital no longer accepts patients and has notified the Massachusetts Department of Public Health of its closure.
New England Sinai Hospital provides the following levels of care and services:
- Rehabilitation hospital. This helps patients recovering from a variety of medical conditions. Services may include physical, occupational, and speech therapy to help patients master skills to perform daily life tasks and navigate safely back in the community. This may also include outpatient rehabilitation services.
- Long-term care hospital. These services are for patients requiring an extended stay of care following an inpatient hospitalization. A medical care team of doctors, nurses, and therapists help patients receive round-the-clock care for a variety of conditions.
- Transitional care unit. Transitional care offers short-term care for medically complex patients transitioning from the hospital to home, or from one care setting to another.
