This article is for administrators, directors of managed care, and quality improvement directors at behavioral health hospitals participating in our incentive program.
Your facility must report the following information by the deadline listed to be eligible for incentives as part of our Behavioral Health Hospital Incentive Program.
By March 1, 2019, please use the link below to give an overview of the quality improvement initiative you’ve selected. You’ll need your contact information, including your facility’s NPI, and should be ready to answer these questions about the quality improvement initiative:
You can continue quality improvement work you may have started in Measurement Period 1, or you can choose a new quality improvement initiative.
If your facility is new to the Behavioral Health Hospital Incentive Program (then this is Measurement Period 1 for you), you’ll need to choose a quality improvement initiative to work on.
We’ll send you an email by April 1, 2019 to confirm that the quality improvement initiative you’ve selected meets our requirements.
By May 15, 2019, you must report the results from the quality improvement initiative you’ve been working on in Measurement Period 1.
(Note: You’ll only report results if your facility is now in Measurement Period 2. Your facility would have told us last March what quality improvement initiative you chose for Measurement Period 1 and would have given us a high-level overview.)
