May 15 incentive program deadline for behavioral health hospitals

Attention: Administrators, directors of managed care, and quality improvement directors at behavioral health hospitals participating in our incentive program

May 15, 2018 is an important deadline for the 2017 behavioral health hospital incentive program. You must submit your facility’s data for the two reporting-only measures by this deadline to be eligible for an incentive.

What data does your facility need to provide?
Please use our template (Word document) to submit information on the two reporting-only measures below. Remember, you are submitting data for the performance period of January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017.

  • Report on your multidisciplinary oversight committee monthly reviews of readmission rates
