May 15, 2023 is an important deadline for the calendar year 2022 Behavioral Health Hospital Incentive Program. You must submit your facility’s program updates and data for the reporting measure (quality improvement initiative) by this deadline to be eligible for an incentive.
Please use our template (Word document) to submit information on your quality improvement initiative below. Remember, you are submitting data for the performance period of January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.

We’re also announcing the introduction of the Behavioral Health Hospital Incentive Program Survey. You do not need to complete the survey to qualify for an incentive, but your responses help us to make the program more effective for you. Please consider participating in the survey and submitting responses by May 30, 2023.
We post information and send important reminders about the incentive program, so we urge facilities and their staff to register for Provider Central.
