Behavioral health hospitals: May 15 incentive program deadline

This article is for administrators, directors of managed care, and quality improvement directors at behavioral health hospitals participating in our incentive program

Important deadline for incentive eligibility: May 15, 2026 marks a critical date for behavioral health hospitals to submit program updates and data for the calendar year 2025 incentive program.

Action required: Use our template to submit your facility’s quality improvement initiative data for the performance period of January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. We'll review the information you send us and will notify you of your incentive program results in June. If you don't submit data about your quality improvement initiative, you could lose up to half of your total incentive dollars!

Access the template by logging in and going to Quality & Performance>Behavioral Health Hospital Incentive Program>Reporting.

Submission: Email completed information by no later than May 15 to Deborah Kemmerer at deborah.kemmerer@bcbsma.com.
