Availity is here: Your new tool for chiropractic reviews

This article is for chiropractors caring for our members

The Availity tool is now available for submitting chiropractic continued review requests1 for our members. It replaces the previous system.

Availity has similar features and can help you efficiently manage your requests.

How to submit a request for chiropractic services

  • Sign in to your existing Availity account or register for a new one
  • Navigate to the WholeHealth Living Payer Space
  • Click the Submit Authorization link
  • Enter your continued review request before the member’s 13th visit

What’s new

  • You must now use the member’s three-character prefix when entering their ID number
  • You’ll no longer get status updates by email. Instead, see them when you sign in under Messages (at the top of the screen). WholeHealth Living will also continue to notify you via an automated phone messaging system.
