Use Availity to submit continued review requests for chiropractic services to our vendor, WholeHealth Living, Inc., a Tivity Health^®′ company.

If you have an existing Availity account for other health plans:

• You’ll be able to sign into Availity using your current account.

If you need to create a new Availity account

• You can go to www.availity.com/essentials/ and follow the prompts.  Register with the NPI of the chiropractor who will be submitting claims. That way, the claim can be matched to the authorization.
