You’ll need an account to access ConnectCenter once it’s available, but there are many additional benefits to signing up. As a registered user, you’ll have full access to your fee schedule(s), billing guidelines, dental Blue Book provider manual, important news and updates, and other helpful resources.

We’re excited to announce the upcoming launch of ConnectCenter, replacing Dental Connect, in Q1 2026! ConnectCenter, owned and maintained by Optum, is an eTool that our medical providers currently use to perform similar real-time transactions that Dental Connect offered. Please look forward to its release later this quarter and thank you for your continued understanding.

Contrary to what the email states, you will not have access to ConnectCenter yet. We will post another Provider Central news article to notify you when it is available. Upon receiving the email:
