If you haven’t already, we highly encourage you to register for a Provider Central account as soon as possible. You’ll need an account to access ConnectCenter and there are many additional benefits to signing up. As a registered user, you’ll have full access to your fee schedule(s), billing guidelines, dental Blue Book provider manual, important news and updates, and other helpful resources.

We're pleased to let you know that ConnectCenter is now available to Massachusetts participating dental providers as a replacement for Dental Connect!
ConnectCenter, owned and maintained by Optum, is an eTool that can perform similar real-time transactions that Dental Connect offered. With ConnectCenter, you can:
- Check member benefits and eligibility.
- View claim status.
To access ConnectCenter, log in to Provider Central, click eTools>ConnectCenter, and look for the Go Now button.
Important: The Provider Central account administrator will need to grant their colleagues access to the tool.
