We offer medical and dental plans through a third-party administrator called Blue Benefit Administrators of Massachusetts¹. When members of these plans seek services from you, here are a few things you need to know:

• We sell EPO and PPO plans through Blue Benefit Administrators of Massachusetts.
• Members have a unique ID card (see sample below) with "Blue Benefit" displayed in the top left corner.
• To check eligibility and benefits for a BBA member, please call the phone number located on the back of their ID card.
