We're educating your patients about their health plan and prescription benefits so they can better understand their coverage.
Text messages and emails guide members to our:
- MyBlue website or app. Gives 24/7 access to benefit information, claim status, authorization and referral status, and to view their Blue Cross ID card. Watch a 1-minute video to learn more about the MyBlue app.
- Health Insurance Basics resource center. Gives members the fundamentals to better understand their plan.
- Pharmacy Dashboard. Guides them to information to manage their prescriptions.
- Look up medication costs and coverage
- View authorizations
- Sign up for the mail service pharmacy, which offers 90-day supplies and automatic refills, often at a lower cost
- Refill prescriptions online
