How to get credentialed
If you are applying to join our dental PPO networks, you’ll need to be credentialed. We only credential PPO participating dentists.

Get your credentialing decision
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts makes independent decisions about credentialing. To do this, our Credentials Committee reviews an applicant’s credentials to determine if they meet our requirements. We will notify you of our credentialing decision. If you are credentialed, we will send you a welcome letter that states the effective date of your contractual participation with us. |
Recredentialing
We recredential providers every two years and will send you a recredentialing application to complete.
