How to refer members for home infusion therapy

Go to Find a Doctor & Estimate Costs, select the member's network, and search for Home Infusion Therapy.

Call the HIT provider and make the referral. |

Fax or e-prescribe the prescription to the HIT provider. The HIT provider will then request authorization from us for the services. |
