Our members can get 90-day prescriptions delivered to their door with the CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy. Using mail service helps with medication adherence and can lower a member's costs.

Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and FEP members with pharmacy benefits use the CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy.

How to send prescriptions

  • Write prescriptions for a 90-day supply plus refills. A new prescription is required if it’s the first time filling a prescription through mail service.
     
    • E-prescribe the prescription to CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy, One Great Valley Blvd., Wilkes Barre, PA 18706.
    • Fax to 1-800-378-0323.
       
  • For Medicare Advantage members on Tier 1 and 2 medications, you can write a prescription for up to a 100-day supply.

Members can also set up mail service themselves online, by mail, or over the phone.

Note: Certain controlled substances and other prescribed medications may be subject to dispensing limitations and to the professional judgment of the pharmacist. Opioid prescriptions cannot be filled through the CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy.
