Submit group NPI for Oshi Health referrals

This article is for primary care providers and their referral specialists who refer our members to Oshi Health

Oshi Health provides virtual, personalized care for members with gastrointestinal conditions. For more details on the support they offer, take a look at our provider fact sheet.

If you believe your patient can benefit from Oshi Health, it’s important to follow these guidelines when referring them:

  • Our PPO members can sign up today at oshihealth.com/bluecrossma without needing a referral.
  • For HMO members, a referral is required. Because Oshi Health provides virtual-only care, you may need to submit the referral under their group NPI number.
    • When the member schedules an appointment with Oshi Health, they will receive an email and text message containing the referral NPI. Please ask the member for the NPI from this message.
    • If the member is not able to provide this information to you, please email Oshi Health at carecoordinator@oshihealth.com asking for the correct NPI number.
  • Oshi Health also has Massachusetts-based providers that provide virtual-only care. If the member is seeing one of them, please use their individual NPI on your referral. If you are not sure, ask the member for the correct NPI or email carecoordinator@oshihealth.com.
  • If you submit your referral with the group NPI 1750069118, you will not see “Oshi Health” listed in Authorization Manager. Instead, you will see their legal business name:
    Integrated Digestive Partners PA with provider number 70010000MV0004. This is the correct option.
