Home infusion therapy providers offer a range of safe, convenient, cost-effective infusion services to our members. Experienced home infusion nurses and pharmacists help our members get the immunoglobulins, enzyme replacements, antibiotics, and other infused medications they need, wherever they need them—in the home, at work, or in the setting of their choice.

Call the HIT provider and make the referral. |

Fax or e-prescribe the prescription to the HIT provider. The HIT provider will then request authorization from us for the services. |
